• Pictures
  While your party/event is in effect, we may take pictures. We sometimes use these photos on our web site and in our social media feeds. You are welcome to download any photos of your event from any our of our social media pages. (We never identify children by name, but you are welcome to tag yourselves in photos if desired.) If you do not want our employees taking these pictures or posting them on our pages, please let us know prior to the start of your event. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens.

• Alcohol or Drugs
  You may serve alcohol at your event or party.  However, we may, and reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served if behavior becomes unruly or disruptive- this applies exclusively to Dunk Tank rentals. 

• Privacy Policy
  We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

• Travel Surcharge
  A Travel surcharge will apply for ALL locations further than 20 minutes from Turnersville (to cover the driver’s time, fuel, and tolls). A dollar per mile will be added to checkout (for drop off and pick up) and tolls if applicable. To calculate your location, use 08012 as a starting point. 

• Credit/Debit Card Surcharge

             Deposits are required to hold date and time of event; at time of event,   

          remaining balance is due. A 5% surcharge is added to all receipts paid with 

             credit or debit card (including Cash app). No surcharge for balance paid by 

    Cash or Zelle. At this time we do not accept personal checks or Venmo.
